利用規約 (2025.03.20更新)

著作権

・本サイトで販売されるすべてのEPSデータの著作権は、佐藤みきとに帰属します。

利用許諾

・購入者は、商業・非商業を問わず、購入したEPSデータを以下の禁止事項に該当しない範囲で利用できます。

・購入したEPSデータは、1つのプロジェクト内で複数回使用可能です。ただし、異なるプロジェクトでの使用を希望する場合は、お問い合わせください（別途料金にて対応します）。

禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。
・EPSデータをAI学習の素材として使用すること。

・EPSデータを不道徳な目的（違法行為や詐欺行為など）に使用すること。

・EPSデータを公序良俗に反する方法（冒涜的、差別的、性的または過激な文脈での使用など）で使用すること。

・EPSデータを反社会的勢力に関連して使用すること。

・EPSデータを第三者に再配布、再販売すること。

・EPSデータをロゴや商標として使用し、商標登録すること。

・EPSデータをグッズ化して販売すること（例：Tシャツやステッカーなど、イラストを使用した商品の製造・販売）。

免責事項

・佐藤みきとは、購入者がEPSデータを使用したことによるトラブルや損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

料金・購入に関する事項

・EPSデータはデジタル商品の性質上、購入後の返品・返金は一切お受けできません。購入前にサンプルやプレビューで内容をご確認ください。

利用規約の変更

・本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後は、本サイト上で告知された時点から効力を発揮します。

準拠法および裁判管轄

・本規約に関する紛争が生じた場合、日本国内における佐藤みきとの所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

All copyrights of the EPS data sold on this site belong to Mikoto Sato.

License

Purchasers may use the purchased EPS data for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, provided it does not violate the prohibited actions listed below.

Purchased EPS data may be used multiple times within a single project. For use in different projects, please contact us (additional fees may apply).

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited:

Using EPS data as material for AI training.

Using EPS data for immoral purposes (e.g., illegal activities or fraud).

Using EPS data in ways that violate public order and morals (e.g., blasphemous, discriminatory, sexual, or extreme contexts).

Using EPS data in connection with anti-social forces.

Redistributing or reselling EPS data to third parties.

Using EPS data as a logo or trademark and registering it as such.

Creating and selling goods using EPS data (e.g., manufacturing or selling products such as T-shirts or stickers with the illustrations).

Disclaimer

Mikoto Sato shall not be liable for any troubles or damages arising from the purchaser’s use of the EPS data.

Payment and Purchase

Due to the nature of digital products, returns or refunds after purchase are not accepted. Please check the sample or preview before purchasing.

Changes to Terms of Use

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment they are announced on this site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the court with jurisdiction over Mikoto Sato’s location in Japan shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
